Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Biloxi will be interviewing for experienced and enthusiastic candidates for the
following Seasonal positions for our Pool which will be opening in April:
- Pool Attendant Seasonal (Guest Services)
Applicants must be friendly and helpful and must be at least 18 years old.
- Barback (Pool)
Must be able to assist bartender in maintaining bars while providing exceptional guest service. Must be at least 21 years old.
- Bartender (Pool)
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, know cocktail ingredients, and must be able to count money and change correctly. Must be at least 21 years old.
- Cook II (Pool)
Minimum of two years high volume food service experience. Must be at least 19 years old.
- Cocktail Server (Pool)
Must know or be able to learn tray service and cocktail ingredients. Must be at least 19 years old.
- Server (Pool)
Must be detail oriented and project a positive image. Must be at least 19 years old.
- Host/Hostess (Pool)
Must have a high level of energy and good communication skills. Must be at least 18 years old.
We are also actively hiring for the following positions:
- Assistant Controller (Finance)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and a minimum of five years experience in financial accounting, management, and executive level.
- Cage Cashier (Player Services)
- Cashier/Host (Food)
Previous cashiering and customer service experience required
- Count Team Member (Count)
Previous Count Team experience preferred and must be able to obtain a MS Gaming Work Permit
- Events & Promotions Associate (Marketing)
This position facilitates the operations of in-house events and promotions. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, physically able to stand and lift, and able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming Work Permit.
- Front Office Agent (Front Office)
Swing Shift – Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Groundskeeper (Facilities)
Responsibilities include using pressure washer, using backpack blower, and maintaining grounds.
- Hotel Guest Service Supervisor (Guest Services)
This is a Valet Supervisor position and previous valet supervisory experience preferred. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule and be computer literate with knowledge of a variety of software applications including Microsoft Office.
- House Attendant (Housekeeping)
Previous House Attendant experience preferred
- Officer (Security)
- Operator (Surveillance)
Previous casino surveillance experience required and must be able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming Permit.
Porters must be able to show good judgment and common sense. All applicants must be at least 21 years old and previous Housekeeping Porter experience preferred.
- Reservations Agent (Front Office)
Part Time – Previous customer service experience and computer skills preferred.
- Revenue Auditor (Finance)
- Room Attendant (Housekeeping)
Room Attendants will be expected to interact with our guests in a friendly manner while also providing excellent customer service. All applicants must be at least 21 years old and previous Hotel Room Attendant experience is preferred.
- Spa Desk Agent (Spa)
Customer service experience and computer skills preferred. Applicants must be at least 20 years old.
- Table Games Dealer (Table Games)
Part Time - Day and Grave shifts available. Baccarat experience required and must be able to work flexible hours and days. Please list game knowledge on your application.
